Your first canvas

  1. Add a frame. Pick a size: Phone, Tablet, Desktop, Presentation, Watch, Paper or Social. A ”+” beside a frame adds a blank frame of the same size.
  2. Draw. Tools are single keys: R rectangle, O ellipse, T text, P pen, L line, Shift+L arrow, Shift+B pencil. Full list in Keyboard shortcuts.
  3. Bring things in. Paste from Figma, drop an SVG file, or drag an image into the frame. See Figma and SVG.
  4. Group and arrange. Cmd+G groups, Shift+A adds auto layout, Shift+S wraps frames in a section.
  5. Comment. Press C, then click anywhere to leave a comment.
  6. Share. Copy a viewer link for a single frame from the export dialog. See Sharing.

Free shapes, text, images and SVGs placed on the canvas are saved as elements, not frames. See Frames and free elements.
